What we do

Duct and Vent Cleaning Services

Dryer vent cleaning has its own page, and the duct work is split the way the trade splits it, by the building and by what is in the ducts. Pick the card that sounds like your job.

  • Dryer pulled away from a laundry room wall with its flexible exhaust duct packed with lint

    dryer vent cleaning

Lint packs the exhaust run between the dryer and the hood outside. Clearing it cuts the fire risk and lets the dryer breathe again.

  • Technician on a step ladder taping a vacuum hose into an open ceiling register in a bedroom

    Residential duct cleaning

Whole-system source removal for a house: every supply and return line, with the registers taken down, washed and put back on.

  • Technician on a tall ladder at an open ceiling diffuser in an empty restaurant dining room

    Commercial duct cleaning

Offices, restaurants and apartment complexes, custom-quoted after an on-site inspection because no two systems match.

  • Floor duct boot in a newly built room coated with drywall dust and sawdust

    Post-construction duct cleaning

Drywall dust and sawdust settle in a new or remodeled home's ducts. A cleaning before move-in pulls it out before the system spreads it.

  • Fogger on a hallway floor misting into an open wall return with its grille removed

    Duct sanitizing

An add-on after the cleaning, for confirmed microbial growth or a contamination event. It never stands in for removing the debris.

The method

How Air Duct Cleaning Works

The standard the trade follows is "source removal", as against a quick "blow and go" that only stirs the dust up and moves it around.

  1. You call, we quote

We answer or call back the same working day, look the system over and quote the whole job before anything starts, with no surprise charges after.

  2. Seal and hook up

A truck-mounted vacuum connects to the main trunk line at the air handler and every register is sealed, so the whole system sits under negative air pressure.

  3. Whip every line

An air whip runs down each duct line and knocks the debris loose from all sides of the ductwork, on the supply side and the return side.

  4. Out to the truck

The loosened debris is pulled straight out of the house into the truck's collection compartment, and the registers go back on clean.

What it costs

Air Duct Cleaning Cost in Orlando

Local air duct cleaning typically runs $31 to $40 per vent, and a full system typically comes to $210 to $840.

Residential duct cleaning is priced as a flat truck hook-up fee plus a per-vent charge, so the count of supply and return registers in your home sets most of the price; a larger home with more registers costs more than a small one. Commercial and industrial duct work, in offices, restaurants and apartment complexes, is custom-quoted after an on-site inspection.

Call and we quote the whole job before we start, with no surprise charges after.

When to call

When Your Ducts Need Cleaning

Ducts need a cleaning when there is something in them to remove, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency names the conditions worth acting on.

  • Visible mold growth inside the ducts or on other parts of the system
  • Vermin, such as rodents or insects, nesting in the ductwork
  • Enough dust and debris that it blows out of the supply registers

The standard the cleaning itself follows comes from NADCA, the National Air Duct Cleaners Association, which also recommends a professional cleaning every 3 to 5 years.

Routine sanitizing is a separate question. It is unnecessary in most homes and is recommended only after confirmed microbial growth or a contamination event, so it stays an add-on for those cases rather than a default step.
